Purpose and intended users
Gallardo Parts is the automotive parts sales platform of Gallardo Automotive Technologies, S.L., specialising in diesel injection systems: injectors, injection pumps and related components, supplied as new parts, remanufactured parts, exchange units and repair of the customer’s own unit.
The website is aimed at trade customers —garages, distributors, parts dealers, fleets and businesses— that hold an account with Gallardo. Access to prices and placing orders require an account provided by Gallardo.
Shipments are made to Spain. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the territory in which Spanish VAT applies and require customs clearance, so please check with us before ordering.
Access and use
Access to the website is free of charge, apart from the cost of the connection. Users undertake to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this legal notice, and not to use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt to damage its systems or access restricted areas.
Login credentials for the private area are personal and non-transferable. The customer is responsible for keeping them safe and for the orders and transactions carried out from their account, and must report immediately any loss, theft or suspected unauthorised access.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep the tax and contact details of their account up to date.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website’s own content —texts, design, navigation structure, equivalents database, own photographs, logos and the Gallardo Parts brand— belongs to Gallardo Automotive Technologies, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without written consent.
The manufacturer brands and part numbers that appear on the website —Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Continental/Siemens VDO, Stanadyne, Zexel, Cummins, Scania, as well as vehicle makes and models— belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and description purposes, to indicate the compatibility and intended use of the parts offered. Their mention does not imply any connection, sponsorship or representation by their owners, except where an official accreditation is expressly stated.
Liability
Gallardo endeavours to ensure that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of typographical or data errors. In particular, part numbers, equivalents, applications and prices may contain errors or become out of date.
Where a published price is obviously wrong —for example, a token amount or one out of all proportion to the part’s market value— Gallardo may cancel the affected order, informing the customer and refunding any amount charged. An obviously incorrect price is not binding.
Gallardo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and is not liable for damage resulting from interruptions, network failures or causes beyond its control, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any matter relating to its interpretation or application, and provided that the user is not a consumer, the parties submit to the Courts of Seville, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
