At the Diesel Gallardo injection laboratory we remanufacture diesel injectors and pumps: every part is rebuilt and tested on a manufacturer test bench before it leaves, with its measured values.
Bosch, Delphi and Denso Common Rail, unit injectors, CP4, VP44 and Stanadyne pumps, for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. On exchange or by repairing your own part, with shipping across Spain.
How we remanufacture
- Bench diagnosis
We measure the part as it arrives to see what is wrong and whether it can be repaired.
- Strip-down and cleaning
It is fully stripped, cleaned and every component is inspected.
- Rebuild
Wear parts are replaced, and it is reassembled and set to the manufacturer’s values.
- Final test
It goes back on the manufacturer test bench and leaves with its measured values and test report.

Manufacturer test benches
We are a Bosch Diesel Center and a Delphi authorised service centre. Every remanufactured part goes through one of these benches before leaving the laboratory.

Frequently asked questions
What is a remanufactured part?
A used part that is fully stripped, rebuilt with new wear parts and tested on a bench against the manufacturer’s values. It is not just a cleaned part: it leaves measured and with its test report.
What is an exchange unit?
We send you the remanufactured part and you return your used one (the core). A core deposit is charged and refunded when we receive your used part. The terms are in Returns, cores and warranty.
Can you remanufacture my own part?
Yes. If you prefer to keep your own part, we repair it in the laboratory. Request the repair from My Gallardo or give us a call.
Do you ship outside Seville?
Yes, across Spain. Garages and trade customers can open an account under Trade accounts.
