Remanufactured, exchange and repaired diesel injection pumps from our laboratory in Seville, tested on manufacturer test benches.
Common Rail pumps such as the Bosch CP4, VP44 and VP29/30 rotary pumps and Stanadyne, for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, for garages in Seville and across Spain.

What we do with every pump
- Bench diagnosis
We measure the part as it arrives to see what is wrong and whether it can be repaired.
- Strip-down and cleaning
It is fully stripped, cleaned and every component is inspected.
- Rebuild
Wear parts are replaced, and it is reassembled and set to the manufacturer’s values.
- Final test
It goes back on the manufacturer test bench and leaves with its measured values and test report.

We are a Bosch Diesel Center and a Delphi authorised service centre. Every pump leaves the laboratory with its measured values.

Can I bring the pump to the laboratory?
Yes. The laboratory is at Calle Economía, 1 (Seville). Call us first on +34 954 02 50 52, option 2.
Which pumps do you have in stock?
Part numbers with units on the shelf say so on their product page. Search for the part number on the plate or the OEM number in the pump catalogue.
I’m a private customer: can you fit the pump?
Fitting to the vehicle is done at the Diesel Gallardo workshops, at dieselgallardo.com.
How does the exchange work?
We send you the remanufactured pump and you return your used one. A core deposit is charged and refunded when we receive your used part. The terms are in Returns, cores and warranty.
